ADRIA WSK CHAMPIONS CUP

Ottimo esordio per RickyGas alla WSK Champions Cup disputata lo scorso weekend ad Adria con il nuovo Team EvoKart di Antonio Penna. Sempre velocissimo e tra i protagonisti già dai primi turni del giovedì si conferma il venerdì facendo segnare il  3° crono nelle qualifiche che gli consentono di partire nelle manche in seconda fila. Nella prima manche chiude terzo con un passo gara velocissimo che se non fosse stato per le posizioni perse all’inizio lo avrebbero portato a lottare per la prima posizione. Seconda manche sfortunata con un  ritiro a causa di una centralina difettosa quando era in lotta nella top ten.  Nella terza manche chiude in P11, poi nella quarta in P5 a 0,3s dalla prima posizione e segnando il Best Lap e nella quinta in P7. Purtroppo nella prefinale nonostante un grande recupero che gli permette di chiudere in P13, gli viene assegnata una penalità di 5s per il “bumper” che lo retrocedono in P20, quindi fuori dalla finale.

Nonostante il finale amaro c’è solo ottimismo visto il potenziale mostrato ed espresso che lo hanno visto sempre tra i protagonisti e i piloti più veloci in una gara di livello altissimo. Ottimo il pacchetto portato in gara dal Team EvoKart che grazie al lavoro di tutto lo staff di Antonio Penna, il meccanico Claudio Leonardo, il motorista Andrea Curri e agli altri collaboratori che si sono resi tutti utili a portare il driver nelle primissime posizioni. Un grazie anche agli altri driver che hanno condiviso con noi questa bellissima esperienza!!!

ADRIA WSK CHAMPIONS CUP

  Excellent beginning for RickyGas with new EvoKart Official Team by Antonio Penna in the last weekend in Adria in the WSK Champions Cup. Always very fast in every session from Thursday among the best mini drivers confirms his high speed Friday in QP with the P3, which means second row in the heats. So RickyGas is P3 in the 1° heat with an excellent race pace, P11  in the 3^rd heat for a bad move in the last laps P5 in the 4^th with Best Lap, and P7 in the 5^th . Unlucky the 2^nd Heat for a withdraw due to electrical problems.  In the “Prefinal A” RickyGas starts from P12 and close in P13 after some laps in the first positions  but a penalty for the “Bumper” moved back in the P20 , outside the final. Even though the bitter ending we’re hopeful for the potential and the speed because Riccardo fought always for the best places in a top level race with other top drivers.  The EvoKart Official Team package was perfect thanks to all the job by the Staff of Antonio Penna,  CMT Engines by Andrea Curri and all the team partners and the other fantastic drivers that enjoyed with RickyGas this new experience.
